Passion Creates Players.
Players Create Families.

The Ohio River Renegades was created out of passion for the game of soccer. I have grown up idolizing players, following the sport, and reading books on psychology or coaching. One thing you rarely hear about or read about is the idea of creating trust and confidence. Many preach about passion. Some talk about knowing how to communicate but many do not go into detail. We created Ohio River Renegades to focus solely on the player. Our focus is not only to put the best team on the field, but to put the best version of that individual player on the field. We strongly believe that the confidence is directly related to performance. If we can help the player become the best they can be, the team will thus benefit from that. With our experiences in travel, high school, and college sports, we can focus on the things that we felt brought out the best in ourselves and the team around us. Those are what we have incorporated into our everyday coaching. We hope to help build confidence, and families every year as more and more players are enjoying the sport of soccer.Let’s rally the Renegades!

How much is registration?

Currently, a season with the Renegades cost the player $200.  There is no added cost after initial registration.

What is included in my registration?

The registration fee covers registration for the player with the state, insurance, 1 full uniform (shirt, shorts, socks), a draw string bag for carrying equipment, and 1 entrance fee to a tournament.

What kind of training do the coaches have?

Head Coaches in our program carry a National E license for coaching soccer at a minimum.  Some Assistant Coaches may not carry this license but are encouraged to do so.  We encourage our coaches to read, listen, and study as much as they can.

Where do our players come from?

Our players primarily attend local school in the local area, but we are not limited to those schools!  Currently we have players from Beaver Local, Brooke, Wellsville, East Liverpool, and Oak Glen High Schools participating.
